Bespoke commissions

Bespoke pieces are made to your specification. A deposit may be required before work begins, and bespoke items are non-refundable once production has started, as they are made uniquely for you.

Pricing

Prices shown for ready-to-wear pieces may vary with stone sizes and metal choices. Final bespoke pricing is confirmed in writing before any work commences.

Materials & hallmarking

Every applicable piece is hallmarked to UK standards. Diamonds are certified unless supplied by you. Client-supplied metals and stones are used at your discretion.

Delivery

All pieces are dispatched via fully insured, tracked delivery. Lead times are confirmed for each commission.

Repairs & restoration

Assessments are provided before any repair or restoration work. I will always discuss the approach with you before proceeding.
